Because UMC is both a prototype and production manufacturer, different types of electrical testing are necessary. We offer ‘fixtured’ test on our Trace models 916 and 948 universal grid machines and our Everett Charles model 9090 dual side access machine. For prototypes, our ATG – A2, 12-head flying probe tester offers cost-effective, fixtureless, and very quick testing for small quantities. All testing is via gerber-generated net lists.
