The fabrication of PCB’s is strongly dependent on different types of chemical baths. Each different chemical bath has its own unique characteristics and chemical constituents. In order to provide consistent chemical manufacturing, each chemical bath is analyzed on a regular schedule and records kept to stay abreast of any trends or abnormalities of a particular bath. Part of our on-going quality analysis is frequent microsection analysis to assure chemistries and mechanical operations are performing at their optimum. The lab is also responsible for our waste treatment operations. We are strongly committed to the environment in which we reside and take every possible precaution to assure any waste product or water leaving our facility not only meets but normally exceeds all regulatory requirements.
